RISE Field Hockey’s Spring Skill Programs are designed for players of all experience levels - from beginners picking up a stick for the first time to advanced athletes looking to sharpen their skills.
Our high-energy, skills-based training focuses on maximizing touches on the ball while improving footwork, body positioning, passing and receiving, individual defense, attacking strategies, shooting, and more. Small-sided games help reinforce techniques in game-like situations, ensuring players develop confidence and a strong understanding of the game. Athletes are grouped by grade and skill level for the best possible development.

Grades K - 8th Skills Program
Dates: Saturdays, April 12 - May 17
